Who We Are
Bá Hùng Technology is Vietnam's Technology Solution Architect. We are not a distributor, not a standard installation contractor, but the company that designs, integrates, and operates complete technology ecosystems for buildings, from concept through the full lifecycle.
Founded in 2003, we have spent more than two decades working across Vietnam's most demanding project environments: government headquarters, provincial administrative centers, central hospitals, leading universities, performing arts venues, five-star hotels and resorts under international brand operation, multinational manufacturing campuses, and the venues of national-level diplomatic events. From these projects, we have come to one conclusion: each facility is a unique problem, and no off-the-shelf solution is ever quite right.
Our approach starts with system architecture, not with products. Before recommending any technology, we ask the question that few in our industry actually ask first: "How must this facility need to operate ten years from now?" That single question reshapes every decision that follows.
This thinking is not a slogan. It is expressed in two structural commitments that define how we operate: the five roles we hold across the project lifecycle, and a network of direct partnerships with specialized manufacturers in the G7, UK, and continental Europe that we have built over many years. Together, these two structures allow Bá Hùng to do work that integrators following the conventional path cannot do. As a concrete physical example, our Multi-tier Anti-Feedback methodology, designed at the architecture level rather than at the device level, achieves a microphone pickup distance of 160 cm in large auditoriums. This is double the operating range of conventional conference microphones, and it is the result of system thinking applied from concept stage, not the property of any single device.
Why Vietnam Needs a Technology Solution Architect
Vietnam's Pro AV and Smart Building market has many capable distributors and installation contractors. Far fewer companies operate as true solution architects. Even fewer combine that architectural thinking with direct partnerships at the manufacturer level outside the country.

Our Two Manifestos
The two essays below are how Bá Hùng defines itself. Reading both is the shortest way to understand how we differ from a conventional Pro AV integrator.
Manifesto One: Solution Architecture, Not Equipment Contracting
When facing a new project, the equipment contractor begins with the question "What equipment do you need?". The solution architect begins with a different question: "How does your organization need to make decisions, operate, and interact, ten years from now?"
Two questions open two paths of thinking that do not converge. One path goes down through catalogs, models, prices, and ends at handover day. The other goes down through systemic architecture: what mode of decision-making this room serves, how many primary and secondary roles share it, what operational tempo it must support, how it must continue to perform as the organization evolves. The story on this path begins at handover day, because the architecture must continue to perform for five, seven, ten years.
After more than two decades of working in projects where mistakes are not affordable, Bá Hùng has come to one observation: serious failures never originate at the device level. They always originate from a total architecture that did not anticipate operational reality. None of these problems can be solved by switching to better equipment. They can only be solved by thinking differently from the start.

Manifesto Two: Direct Partnerships with G7, UK, European Manufacturers
In year five after handover, two auditoriums may use conference microphones from the same UK manufacturer, yet operate very differently. One side replaces a worn component within two weeks and the system returns to original performance. The other side waits months, sometimes ending up replacing the entire assembly because the original component has been discontinued and the supply chain knew nothing of it. Same brand on the box. Entirely different things hidden behind the box.
The difference is supply chain structure. There are three ways equipment from G7, UK, or continental Europe enters Vietnam: through a regional Asian distributor, through OEM rebrand under a European label, or through a direct partnership between the integrator and the manufacturer at country of origin. All three are presented to end clients with the same words: "European-grade equipment". Only the third structure allows the integrator to commit to what truly matters: spare parts within product lifecycle, custom firmware for project-specific requirements, ten- to fifteen-year maintenance roadmap, direct technical channel to the manufacturer's engineering team.
Bá Hùng chose the third path over many years. This is why we can commit to outcomes that integrators with only intermediary relationships cannot.
Five Roles We Hold Across the Project Lifecycle
Solution architecture thinking has a structural consequence: Bá Hùng is not only an installation contractor, we hold five distinct roles across the lifecycle of a project.
The first role is solution architecture consulting at concept stage, before MEP drawings, before BOQ is finalized.
The second role, the import and distribution of specialized equipment, draws from our network of G7, UK, and European partners.
The third role belongs to technical integration and commissioning, placing equipment within the architecture as designed, not installing items off a Bill of Quantities.
The fourth role is long-term maintenance following a five- to ten-year operational lifecycle, supported by complete operations documentation and a maintenance team that retains project history.
The fifth role, perhaps the hardest to replicate, is rapid response with pre-built event scenarios for high-stakes occasions. Trained in advance. Not a reactive repair service.
These five roles are not a marketing choice. They are the only structure that allows an integrator in Vietnam to actually take total accountability for a building's technology system.
